Does the person who issued a courier contract receive an in game notification when the package is delivered and the contract completed?

I believe Contract stuff is in the notifications system, and you can configure your notifications to add or remove pretty much anything. So, yes.

There is a "contract requires attention" notification. I'm not sure if there is a delay on the alert or not. Maybe a 5 minute delay since that is the delay for stock.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Yes, you will get a notification and the contracts interface will tell you "Contract: Courier Jita --> Dodixie (10000m^3)" has been successfully completed.

The first thing I notice is my wallet flashing - because there's a refund from whoever NPC thing takes 10,000 ISK to make a contract and you get it on completion. (or failure, you get the collateral you set.)

You won't get a notification like when you complete a skill or someone you have on your friend list logs in.

Just like the others say, it will also reflect on your Neocom > Contracts start page.
