Uninstalling the old launcher - doesn't appear in list of programs

According to the video showing you how to install the new launcher, you should be able to select the old one in Programs and Features and uninstall it, but it's not there for me. Running Windows 7.

Does CCP read this forum?

If so, how can I remove the launcher if it doesn't appear in the list of programs to uninstall? And why didn't it just replace the old one anyway?

I think the old launcher is part of whole eve standalone install so that launcher will not be in uninstall list

The 'Old Launcher', that is the original EVE.exe is thankfully still there and operating, something I use daily rather than the so called 'New Launcher'.

Sadly it does not update the client so I am forced to at least open the new launcher to do this, So much for getting players into the game quicker.
