Will i have to go to an actual SOE station to spend hard earned AK? If so, where are these stations?

Yes. One's in Arnon, I don't remember where the others are off the top of my head but you can look it up.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

Osmon is another SoE stations where you can get their LP store stuff.

Easiest way to find the nearest SoE station is to open the in-game agent finder and pretend to look for an agent belonging to Sisters of Eve corporation. Then you can right-click and set destination.

The above would be my preferred method as well. However, if for some reason you wanted to look it up outside of game, you can use http://eve-agents.com/, set Corp drop down to Sisters of Eve, and on the very bottom you can set Sort to System Security and Descending (making it start with high sec systems)

But the in game way is better :p

Yup, this is the best process I've found for finding a nearby NPC corp I have to get to. +1 to Memphis
