Citadel stuck at 0 seconds

I anchored my fortizar citadel in Dodixie, and was excited when i only had two hours left before it onlined. Flash forward 4 hours and I log in to find that its stuck at zero seconds. I'm not sure why it's doing this, most likely a bug, and if there is something I can do to fix it. I appreciate whatever insite can be given thank you

I have this exact same issue In Arant system. It's well past the 24 hour mark.

Same with mine. Anchored for 24h, then stuck at 0 seconds.

Nowhere in the menu a Online button or anything. Can´t dock either cause it says: "Offline"

Maybe still bugged

Figured it out:

I do not know about the timer but when I logged out from the 0sec Anchoring timer stuck, the next day login showed the Citadel online, but with 100% shield and hull damage.

Maybe Sisi just needed to reboot or the timer is realy stuck and does not show a proper Onlining timer what maybe can also take some extra time. No idea... speculation now.

I docked then what worked fine and tried to fit the Citadel (Take Control). This did not work because the Citadel was still damaged.

After about sitting there docked for maybe 10-15 minutes a message poped up about the Citadel was 100% repaired. Now I could fit all the rigs and modules. Returning to your ship/ship hangar works with "release control" (from Citadel).
