Good afternoon everyone,

I'll keep my message brief. Some of you might remember Chloe Ocean Murray from NEMESIS INCORPORATED.
He is the leader of an online community that was named NGA untill recently but has been renamed to UndercoverGaming.

He's known for the Salt Lake City videos by Wingspan ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TayRgdCWaqI ).
In these videos he repeatedly threatens the Wingspan attackers with DDoS attempts, real life tracking and such, alongside using the excuse that his children will have less food because he needs to PLEX more for a Tengu.

Needless to say, this guy is batshit insane and needs to be put in place. He's meanwhile sold his main on the character bazaar recently, but I highly suspect he simply moved accounts in order to get away from the negative attention. As he continues to use his official community account to harass players with slander on sites such as EVEWHO ( https://disqus.com/by/ngunitedweplay/ ) , I am looking for information regarding his activities and current characters. If you're able to bring credible information that can be confirmed, you will be rewarded.

I have no problem with people being assholes.
I do have a problem when you use your children as an excuse to avoid being ganked.

Were any of these threats ever made IG? If so - and in case you haven't already done so - I'd say the best thing to do would be to let CCP sort it out. Otherwise, I have no information to offer but my heartiest 'good huntings' and GL for annihilating him :)

I don't have any info on him but i do have screen shots of him dying hours before he put the pilot up for sale

I suspect it didn't sell, because the highest bid was 34b...
And he somehow got 44b.

And why would a player LEAVING the game take that much anyway?
People who leave will, in most cases, discount to sell faster.

I'm sure you could find the char, pop his tengu(I'll bet the char still uses one) and his true colors will be revealed.

My suggestion is on whatever public board he is slandering folks, post links to his meltdown, and again I'm sure his true colors will be revealed.

Or, go with the long con, and recruit and awox/steal an amount of isk/assets to get him riled enough to come out with it.

I've grown pretty patient in my age, and I would just passive aggressively work his own game against him.

It was somewhat of a slow day at the hospital so I was skimming over C+P on my break. I happened to see this thread and I (mostly to myself) happened to speak the character's name when my co-worker (who used to play EvE way back when) flipped out on me.

He came around the desk and saw the name, then went into an impressive profanity-laced, anger-fueled rant. It was awesome. Apparently when he played as a quad-account mining fleet, he was in that corporation (Nemesis) with that guy and called him short of 'the devil'. Apparently he and his corp was the reason why he quit and left Eve, not to return (and I try hard to get him to come back).

It involved lying to the miners working for him and severely underpaying them instead of the posted price for the ore. And when their freighter pilot bounced out of corp with over 6b in corp assets (including all of my friend's possessions) because they wanted to move to a highsec system surrounded by nullsec, the corporation/alliance fell apart.

He told me that he sold his toons but would only come back if he could get his first toon back. Told him that was highly unlikely and he should just remake a new one and experience Eve.

He always says no. :(

If I knew this earlier, this guy would have been hunted mercilessly by me and would have been wardecced as long as I could have afforded it.

If I was space rich, I wouldn't hesitate to give him a few to get him restarted. I attempted to convince him to start back up and I would help him get on his feet, but he just won't do it. He was really attached to his first character (and I understand that, this one is my first) and he says that it wouldn't be the same.

But I am still trying...

If he remembers the name of the toon and the email he used to create it, CCP can reset the pw (pretty sure of this)
And I'd definitely let him pod that pleb

I can throw him some isk if he decides to come back, so he can get back on his feet quicker :)

I thought Leto Thule was generally considered to be a stand-up guy, and the guy this thread is about sounds kinda douchy. You sure you talking about the same guy?
