So I am sitting right on top of Agent Tevis Jak, and he will not talk to me. Other people are saying the same thing. I have tried right clicking him, leaving the system and returning and rebooting...any suggestions?

Have you actually accepted the mission from Sister Alitura to go talk to him? That tends to be the number one reason agents seem to sometimes refuse to speak to you during epic arcs, especially when traveling to a new agent for further missions, in my experience.

I swear I've accepted missions before only to later discover they have been offered but not accepted. Either mission offers are just tricky sometimes like that (more likely) or there's some bug making first attempts to accept some missions not actually trigger acceptance of a mission (less likely, probably just miss clicks on our part).

Did you accept an offer from sister?

Open Mission Journal and check status: Offer or Accepted

If the mission is accepted and the agent still won't talk to you, submit a Support Ticket asap :
Support Type = Game Play support
Category = Game Play - Agent missions in progress.

These type of Support Tickets are usually resolved very quickly. Good luck to you.
