The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version
or cipher suite. This is usually caused when the server needs SSLv3
support, which has been removed.

How can I fix that?

I think that it is caused due to low internet speed.
It was 120 to 100 kbps, and it now shown at 50 kbps today before refusing to complete the speed test again, which probably occurs at 32 kbps or around that rate.

Having the same issue in the launcher, sometimes I get this error, sometimes it just doesn't let me log in.

Good news is I can still play eve by launching the application directly.

Still annoying though.

Is there a way to do that for multiple accounts though?

Does it log in to your last logged account?

Edit:
There was a launcher message that there was a launcher issue.
My connection has problems.
They keep changing my throttled rate.
I should get my top bandwidth back in 2 days.
I can also get a new connection, which I really should since it costs me more not to have it.
Also, I managed to get another 2 GB RAM in my machine which solved most of the processor delay problems.
The second that the internet would go in, the whole system speed was reduced by 90% for no direct cause.
