Escalations? Where have thy gone?:P

For the past week spinning sites do not get me escalations as they used to (if any at all) . Even when spinning them all day, daily.
I don't know if it's intended or not. But would love to know if anyone is experiencing this too?

I've gotten several escalations recently. RNG can be a ***** sometimes. I used to play another MMO quite a bit, and there was this one item I wanted to get that had a ~20% drop rate, or 1-in-5, from a dungeon. It took me over 30 runs to actually get it.

This is BS. I have run 72 Heavens (blue rock) 38 hubs, 19 forsaken hubs, 12 forsaken rally points, ( I keep track) and not 1 F*****g escalation since last week. it's true these greedy bastards want you to buy their PLEX but they're just shameless nowdays. why don't they just F****g take NPC loot away altogether?
no drones on carriers, nerfed relic sites, no ISBoxer etc... see a pattern yet?

New carriers are going to eat sanctums alive. Seriously, go try them on sisi, taking away drones is NOT going to hurt carrier ratting if you're at the keyboard.


AFK carrier ratting on the other hand is going the way of the foxcat.

I wouldn't say RNG this time around (at least in sansha null) just like OP I rat on a daily basis with several alts on a fully upgraded system and 7-10 days ago escalations stopped popping, I used to get at least 1 or 2 a day (mostly 10/10's) from blue rock heavens. also I have talked to other ratters in the region and they're not getting escalations either. aditionally on alliance channel there was several WTS Escalation posts, I have no seen any in a while. so I wouldn't say is RNG.

PLEX prices are directly affected by how much money people make. The ISK you get when you buy a PLEX and sell it on the market comes directly or indirectly from other players who had to either rat, run missions or lose insured ships to create it. You can't bring ISK into the game by buying a PLEX, so it wouldn't do anything for CCP to try and make people spacepoor. If everyone was spacepoor, PLEX prices would be much lower as well.

On that "pattern" of yours: I'll go out on a limb and say, that one account brings much less money for CCP than a 20 man Isboxer army. So I dare say that disallowing isboxer key multiplexing was not intended as a cashgrab.

oh really? so you're saying is in CCP's best interest that everyone can make enough isk montlhy so they can PLEX1.2 or 3 accounts???

stop being naive, this is a subscription based game, if you can pay your monthly subscription doing said acitivities with relative ease of course CCP is not gonna like it (cause you don't dish out $25.00 dollars to buy a PLEX and be able to play another month)

it's very simple. if players make isk, they can plex their accounts.

quite the contrary sir, a 20 man isboxer army can very easily plex each one of those 20 accounts faster and more efficiently than each one of them accounts could do it individually, so again, you're wrong.
