Which do people consider more useful for PVP with Stratios, Omnidirectional tracking link, Drone Navigation Computer or 2nd web?

I also read recently that Large Cap Battery was broken for reflecting neuts. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I've been playing around with a dual rep fit with the thought it gives me greater speed without a plate, and as i fly solo 'maybe' a bit more versatility. For this reason a large faction battery is something I was considering with perhaps a smallcap booster. I realize that may be a waste of a mid/pg but the boost and anti neut if it works may ultimately work as an advantage on this type of fit if facing multiple opponents. I dunno just theorycrafting

I actually played around recently with large cap batteries on pretty much every cruiser in the game as a way to run armor/shield tanks stable with a high amount of neut protection.

End result is it is simply not worth it unless it is a pure bait fit on a HIC (as tackles in the highs).

Chromes fit is solid but i would maintain the deadspace medium rep/ancil combo from your fit and copy his mids. Drop the T2 MWD to meta and switch out two guns for top meta neuts. This is a far better setup imo as the two medium neuts allow you to break stuff you simply would not with his 4 AC variant.

The large cap boosters are only really considered "Broken" imo on a Capgu. A cheap 1b Capgu can maintain cap stability under 7-8 medium neuts or 4 heavy neuts...All while maintaining near marauder level tank when linked with HG crystals :D
