These sites are WAY to hard.
This character is in a faction cruiser and i still cannot run these sites.

CCP why so hard?

I ran 51 sites in an Ishtar. There was no problem.

I used my Vindicator; processed over 40 of them no problem.

It all depends on what you bring, how you fly, and whether someone tries to challenge you (or backs off when he realizes he can't win).

Recommendations:

-enable ships wobbling in hangar view (pre-Captains Quarters)

-add more missions (NPC fleet vs. NPC fleets that actually shoot)

-STOP NERFING EVERYTHING!
