Arabic Code, please?

I know there isn't a huge player base of arabs in this game, not comparable to Russian or German. But I see many people trying to name their ships in arabic letters, and it looks funny with separated letters written backwards.

I think we need a little more love from CCP. A simple coding for arabic letters shouldn't be that challenging for CCP devs, as well as an Arabic language channel. Let us at least get together, can we? :)

I can help with the code if needed. Hopefully it'll happen soon, because it shouldn't be much of a problem for our mighty Devs :)

I don't really care for this feature personally, but just FYI for CCP: I do a lot of natural language processing work for my job and Windows-1256 encoding is the best arabic character set. If you implement arabic, use windows-1256

we already see russian characters, sure why not UNICODE it all. chinese/japanese etc. might be cool and annoying at the same time.
