Faction Standing - Tags?

So I want to grind a little standing with Caldari Navy/ Faction to increase my margins in Jita.
Let's pretend ISK was not an issue. Which tags/ items would I buy and who would I turn them into?
And are there any repeatable item turn in quests (That I could theoretically purchase my standings through).

Additionally, you can do the SoE epic arc in a destroyer every 3 months for a faction standing bump. Run all the career agents too, they're relatively easy. Doing so will enable you to complete the circle agent mission too.

Then you have the actual COSMOS missions and the Caldari epic arc.

As for repeatable, the only repeatable thing is grinding missions to get a storyline which affects your faction standing every 16.

Ria Nieyli is correct but there's a bit more to it than just that.
