Tutorial videos too quiet

Noticed this when Daopa used the tutorial videos to explain the sov mechanics to the stream because a lot of viewers where asking what was going on.

Tried it myself. Even with master level at 100% some of the videos are really quiet (For example CCP Mimics video about Capture Mechanics & Command nodes)

It is quiet compared to the rest of EVE and compared to the rest of my system as well.

Personally, I prefer videos have low sound volume that needs me to turn up system volume to compensate, rather than the youtube standard of "blow the eardrums of the people on the next block" level, sending you on a mad scramble for the volume controls before the neighbors start complaining.

The problem is: I hear everything else just fine, but the sound from the video is too quiet (Also note I said I have the problem on some videos, others are perfectly fine). If I would turn up the system/speaker volume, I would blow my eardrums with the stuff that is at perfectly fine audio level already.
