LOCAL and CHAT WINDOWS BUGGED After 3/30/2016 patch

Put here first to see if anyone is having similar issues....have submitted bug report as well.


Normal day, logged in via new launcher and also via steam with 4 accounts....1 with Steam and 3 on new launcher as I have been doing past 9 months.
Noticed update patch etc...
Logged in game...All my chat channels are not showing compliment of people in Local/Alliance/Corporation tabs etc plus "Intel" channels.
Doesn't even show a reflection of how many are in local tab and others when I can actually see them on overview.
TRIED repair tool numerous times....nothing.
TRIED logging in separately but it is with 1 account on STEAM cache and same with CCP launcher separately..
DELETED game off STEAM and reinstalled and tried it...same result.
DELETED game again and just downloaded game through CCP account management....same result.
Even restarted computer with no luck.
Heard someone in local say they couldn't see peoples chatting in local as well via friend on teamspeak.
Checked forums...no one has any input.
Made sure firewall was good since I was able to be in game to see problem.

Anyone else having issues?
