Test Server Feedback

1. I am in a .6 security system
2. I do have director roles, starbase roles etc.
3. upon launch for corp , the citadel is blue, so its a proper distance away. (and in a spot that is nothing but open space)
4. i set a structure name
5. no profile choices available, so i leave it alone.
6. i set the 3 vulnerability hours
7. press anchor....nothing happens. no messages.


you cannot move closer to the citadel because it moves with you before anchoring.

I have tried this from a regular industrial cargo bay and a transport fleet hangar and I get the same reaction...nothing.

My OS is windows 7.

anyone want to enlighten me.
