So have been away a few weeks, months .. (still subs tough and changing skills) but what are I hearing about Goons ? some big war going on again ... like with BoB ?

They pissed off IWI, IWI hired everybody and their mother to kick them in the gonads. CO2 (who've been making up most of the defensive fleets) finally stopped caring and left the CFC to go independent.


Oh, and they also abandoned VALE and told the people who lived there to stop doing that and come defend goon space. Because goon space is more important than their home space.

Sanity is fun leaving the body.

Basically a cleanup of the house ... not unlike how it was with BoB .. back in the day Big smile I suppose it happens every now and then once a alliance is too big and the action is too little... Cool

Isn't there a Texan law about taking Goon space? I hear that state has a few strange ones about anything that's made up.

Update: Yup, it's illegal, I spoke to a couple of Blops guys from Texas and they confirmed it is, LSV be aware.

Not such a bad idea, in terms of the forums.

That doesn't mean CCP need to stop announcing stuff on their official site. That isn't the role of the forums anyway. That happens in devblogs and news.

But Reddit is the best of every part of the forum. Take the ability to post killmails from C&P, the totally off topic posting of OOPE, the subject matter specialisation of all the sub-forums and the ability to totally shitpost harder than in GD. Mix that all together with no moderation (well, you need to be on Gorski's good side, or you'll be banned, but that's easy).

That's Reddit. Eve forums within the sub-forums and no ISDs.

Doesn't sound bad at all.
