Currently, you can have multiple apostles spider tanking IN triage. Intended or bug? Normally you cant receive help from others but now you can....

Triage modules have a "Remote Repair Impedance Bonus" of -99.9999 %

So yes you can use remote reps, but each cycle will repair less than 1hp at a time.
