Just to recap what we're all about:

M3 Industries Alliance is an industry focused alliance that is divided into the following divisions:

- Mining Division
- Industry (Manufacturing) Division
- Security Division (Mission Runners)
- Planetary Management (PI / Moon Harvesting)

We have a solid group of experienced members that can help your corp integrate well into our business operations. M3i has a solid and well defined business plan, divided into quarters, which will carry us through 2016. Our fully supported mining fleets provide Orca command support and Freight support. We offer boosts 23/7 to our mining fleets! If you aren't interested in fleet mining, we have a comprehensive OBBP and internal contract system. We list the ores we are looking for and if you mine them on your own, we'll buy them back at market value. We'll even haul it to our POS, provided it is within a reasonable number of jumps and save you the trouble!

Additionally, we run mission fleets and special event fleets - such as the Guristas Hunt and the Serpentis Sites prior to that when we can get all of our schedules lined up.

(at least he did when I was there). I only left because Signal Cartel is better for exploration which is what I'm in to. Anyway... he's a good guy and if he's part of this alliance I'm sure it will do well. Good luck Hohenheim (and others)!

Cerbern, my CEO told me that the alliance had an advert up and asked me to comment on the alliance.... so here I am!

The alliance had a slow start, in my opinion. I feel that's partly because of how EVE has designed alliance management and partly because the corps involved had to figure out what they wanted to do. Thankfully I'm not a CEO so I don't have to worry about any of that.

Long story short, they found their way and are working well together now. We do the usual things that indy corps do like mining and building, but as the post from Hohenheim said, we also run missions together. We ran some SoE Epic Arcs when we first got started and have also run a few of the Guristas sites (also mentioned) and the Serpentis sites back when they were a thing.

I'd also say that M3i has a long way to go to be a true functioning HS alliance. But these guys are hard workers and they do a good job at listening to their members.

As a member, not a CEO, I can appreciate that. It's also nice to feel like when I offer suggestions I'm heard.

Glad to see some responses from fellow alliance members! Thank you all for providing feedback.

Izumi is right we were sort of "finding our way" at the beginning but I feel like we've come to a good place internally. The alliance has a solid business plan that clearly defines our short / mid and long term goals, our leadership structure, and our political "identity".

With the coming citadel release we are all very excited to see what 2016 brings!

Hi darren,

We don't currently have any restrictions on corp size. If you are interested in joining our alliance and want to grow your corp., we can help you with recruitment. I routinely reach out to corps. and individual pilots on behalf of the alliance member corps. Typically what I do is just send an email explaining what we do and directing the potential members to the corps that are hiring. I can do the same for your corp. if you want (if/when you decide to join).
