Awful customer service. Store order not shipped no replies to emails for over a week

I didnt pay for a game. Got the battleship models to decorate our new office with. I made a petition but no reply to that, or to my emails, or here.

Same situation. I placed an order at the end of October and it's been "payment pending" for $0.98 since then. I've even repaid the amount again (yep, TWO receipts from paypal!) and still "pending."

CCP, take down the store website if you're not going to honor orders.

also there is a chance that everything shipped, but nobody bothered to or know how to update the status of the orders.

it certainly does not excuse the lack of communication, or the glaringly obvious lack of a DEV comment on the situation

Yes their attempt to increase communication seems to revolve around only respond to issues that they want to answer rather than what the player base wants answering, I still want to know what's happening to the nex store properly.

I honestly don't know what's worse...let me show you what I mean:

- CCP are ignoring valid complaints from paying customers

and

- You paid $300 dollars for overpriced junk and toy models from notorious Amero-Icelandic shysters? Really?

Whoa, hey! I got an update (after 3 months) saying my order was headed to the warehouse for processing.

They haven't taken your RL ISK, so how can it be fraud...?

My order was "pending" as well, yet I got a receipt from Paypal indicating payment. Just because their system said it wasn't paid, doesn't mean they didn't take the money.

CCP Guard replied basically telling me they fired the store guys and a couple of the regular customer support GM run the store now. My order has also been updated to Status: Waiting to Ship. Hope this doesn't take another week.

I have ordered from the store on two occasions. Both orders were shipped and received in a timely manner.

Buy during the holidays then cry when it's late. Hoooweeeee. Real problems with cash transactions aren't handled in gaming forums, or by help tickets in an MMO. The EVE store a scam. Whatta hoot.
