The amount of crying over what is obviously a coding error (which can happen, CCP employs people not robots you know) is staggering.

Be glad that you got that handshake error, it means the server is actually doing what it is supposed to do: prevent somebody from gaining access to your account. And because of the daylight savings their is a hour difference between the 2 codes, hence you can't get in.

And no I'm not a GM alt or a dev alt or paid by CCP...

Most of us here ain't crying nor complaining.. we are just concerned and looking out for some updates by CCP..

And some have been helpful and tried to post alternative methods in hope of logging to play the game we love.

Most are patiently and eagerly waiting for servers to be up again.

No one method is the right method, nor the wrong method.
