i cant log on singularity says invalid username anybody got same problem?

I managed to log-in but now its asking for my last character name and when ever I enter my char name it just doesnt work...

I thought i wouldnt create new thread so I will just ask here.

If you are not activated on SiSi does new launcher still gives you option to choose SISI as server?

I reinstalled my launcher but cant select SiSi to log into. Is this normal?

I was activated I believe but it keep asking for my character name and when i put it in it says invalid username, I submitted a ticket and they asked me to post here....

Have you activated the server as you have re-installed your launcher?
To check, click the cogwheel icon (lower left) settings, click the tab 'Test servers' and check the line 'Singularity' is ticked.

Fixed it appearantly i was using old launcher and reinstalled old one again.. :)
