unable to fit modules to citadels

Just wondering if its normal for not been able to install modules due to citadel damage after they've finished anchoring.

both only have 17% armour and a secure counter of 4days ...hrs remaining.

so does this mean after the 24hr anchor timer I need to wait this now secure timer to actual be able to use these things?

normaly you just dock into the Citadell and tack over the Controll , then you can open your SHIP FITTING browser and should be able to fit it from the item hanger

I get an error message saying I cant due to damage etc. I have another citadel with 100% hull and armour which tells me the same thing. so im at a lose.

I have worked out the secure message and time is the days and hours till the vulnerable mode in which they repair themselves. bit stupid to have to wait 24 hrs for it to anchor then basically a week for it to repair itself before I can use it

did you added some fuell blocks into the citadel ? else it wont repair . you can use every Race Specific Fuell block for it
