Made some calculations:

Extracted skills + 2 plexes + slave set + skill books.
Skill extractors: 35-30 = 30 mill sp to sell, so 30/0.5*(640-270) = +22,2 bill at curren market prices
2 plexes +2,2b
Slave set + 2b
Skillbooks +2b
Total 28,4b.

So, 28,5 gonna be current buy out.

keep your 2 plexes
Slave set - 2b Cant take them out before biomass
Skillbooks -2b Cant un-inject them before biomass
22,2 bill minus taxes and possible broker fees, and wait time of isk trickling in or bigger loss by fast sales, still minus tax either way.
Total maybe 21 bill
