Designed for bringing fresh bodies and light items (blueprints & plex) to freeport citadels. May also serve as a tour bus for bringing players to New Eden landmarks though the Citadel network jump chain.

Appearance:
-Ship looks like a Surinam Toad. Pods may come and go at will from craft if ship has not initiated a jump sequence. Pods are auto ejected if citadel docking access is denied to them. Pilot may kick pods or lock access (similar to citadel structures). All pods are auto ejected when ship is destroyed (pod piƱata).

Technical specs:
-Cruiser class hull | H1, M1, L0
-0 CPU & 0 PG
-25m3 cargo space

-Pod Bus Skill per level
1) 10 additional pods held per level
-Role Bonus
1) 100% CPU and PG reduction to Core & Combat Probe Launchers
2) 100% CPU and PG reduction to Micro Jump Drive Modules
3) 10% to Core and Combat Scanner Probe strength per active pod in ship (people can do Project Discovery while they move in pods with the ship to keep the afk timer satisfied). Max load of 50 active pods at level 5 equates to 500% Probe Strength.
4) 2% to Micro Jump Drive cooldown time per active pod in ship. Max load of 50 active pods cuts reactivation time down to 0 seconds. 12 second spool up time still remains and can be scrambled.
5) 5% citadel jump fatigue reduction for pilot per active pod in ship (bonus only applies to bus jumps from Citadel to Citadel). Half full bus of 20 means 100% jump fatigue reduction for pilot. Pods in bus do not experience jump fatigue.

-May only jump to a citadel from within the tether zone of a citadel.
-Uses new structure menu to set up jump.
-Jumping to citadel places ship 75km off tether zone. Pilot must either burn to tether zone, warp to celestial, or microwarp out past 25km or 150km from structure for direct jump with any light cargo or players on board.

What the f...?

Short answer: Multiple pods in 1 ship is not possible because of the legacy code which EVE is based on.

Overlooking the fact that you cannot put multiple pods into a single ship, this is nothing more than yet another idea to totally butcher the force projection nerfs.

Never say never with legacy code.

Completely removing the tiny cargo hold (and probe launcher which wouldn't work without space for probes) is there something game breaking about being able to ferry pods around through a citadel to citadel jump mechanic?

Yes. Coincidentally, it's the same reason why shuttles don't have jump fatigue reduction and they removed the ability to place your medical clone remotely.

On a side note, what would be physical meaning of such measurement unit?
