My friend, nobody stole from me. I think your English reading ability is worse than mine.

I tried to do Lt. Frank Drebin.

You got stolen from; don't give money to strangers. Lesson learned.
Unless I'm reading it wrong, no isk exchanged hands. He did work without a contract or even a verbal agreement, then asked for money, while I do applaud the initiative, it doesn't work that way.

The funny thing is if he did negotiate it and then got screwed over we would all be telling him not to trust anyone in Eve. Lol

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

100% agree with you there, we still like Hal anyway cause while he does make silly mistakes, he humbly learns from them.

Mate, all the code agents do that sort of thing for free, because they believe in James 315's message and want to help, because they're good people.

I can only think of one example where somebody was paid for work like that in CODE. There was this reddit thread where somebody was selling art, and a code agent commissioned a drawing of an anthropomorphized catalyst doing naughty things to an anthropomorphized fenrir freighter. It was 1b well spent.

I'm sorry, I will explain again. I can translate English into Japanese much better than I can write in English. I translated The New Halaima Code of Conduct into Japanese. It was a difficult project, because the text has many instances of irony. If I translate directly into Japanese, the double meanings and irony humor will not be there. So I must think carefully how to express in Japanese language, so Japanese players can understand the real meaning. But I also must not explain directly, because it will eliminate the humor of the text. It was necessary to think carefully many times and rephrase many times.

Then at the end I was finished and at last satisfied about the translation. I asked CODE. for 1bil isk, because I thought it is fair and it is a small amount for them, but it is a large amount for an individual new player. But one person said it is too expensive, another person said I should donate it for free. Then the main boss said no, but maybe another person will give 100 mil. That is why I say CODE. is too stingy. It is not important, I just wanted to say it. So I said it.

OK, found your problem. Try bumping them in a Mach in Uedama and THEN ask for some money or else...........

To buck the popular trend, I began to Rage Start instead of Rage Quit.

I believe in the comedy irony content of James 315's message, it is very good. I enjoyed that very much, it has a talent. But I am not a good person, as those donation CODE. agents are. I am very avaricious and bad. That is why I thought we can make a good agreement for the benefit of everyone. If somebody gives altruism to CODE., I would in secret think they are a little foolish.

Hello OP

I did not quite get what the problem is from your posting here. Can you elaborate a bit more? I am sure once everything is on the table we will find a solution which is good for everyone.

LOL. How helpful! I thought the message was quite clear! Oh, plausible deniability or professional ambiguity? The KGB you ain't. There was this religious group you guys bring to mind...Kouldn't Kwite reKall their name though. Believe someone who'll wreck you, they're gonna be a lot of help!

Of course CODE are cheap. They weren't able to field anything besides catalysts and Bruitix when they got banned out at the AT. Too poor.
