My pastry chef has an amazing knack for cheesecake. Worth every bit of the price I paid to lure her away from her shop in Caille.

For my money you just can't beat a nice spice cake with a citrus glaze on it.

I once raised a whole field of pumpkins on a friends unused farmland. Pumpkins are an ancient plant but the ones on Intaki get really huge.

By the end of that year I had pumpkin pie down to an art.

Heck I even made beer out of the stuff. My cousin Zeke made some shine from it too (just about everybody on Intaki has a relative who knows how to build a still). Once I drank too much of it, or maybe I did - even Zeke don't know how strong he makes it, and I passed out in a ground vehicle and later woke up at night but I thought I wet-graved and freaked.

Good times. Just don't drink with my cousin.

I can't remember the last time I had a good pumpkin ale, it's been a while.
