I am quite new to sisi. So i have a question.
Is it normal to see capitals and Supers in highsec on sisi or is that the next big thing?

just one side of giving everyone free titans in sisi .. once u jump it out from hs u cant get it back ..

you can always get back to high sec in a titan /moveme to any high sec hub u want
