Orca Setup for high Sec

Recently resumed Eve after many years and trying to setup an Orca for high sec mining but all posts I see are old

Tried using cargo expander 2`s and cargo optimization rigs but they don't appear to work

Please can anyone offer any setup ideas ????

reinforced bulkheads and damage control.
also hull tanking rigs.

Cargohold rigs and mods still work, but they are a bad idea as they don't increase your fleet or ore holds and make you much more susceptible to a gank (still requires a committed effort).

The only thing new from old fits are the bulkheads.

Seeing a mining permit on anything will make me kill it. I don't like seeing nice ships like an Orca tainted with that filth. I'd rather make them burn than see them disgraced as such.
