Guristas Detention: pew pew but no dmg

Finally found a Guristas Detention Facility (in Metropolis). Warp to it, no ships, just structures. Targeted a couple different structures and no damage at all. Took the jump gate there and, again, no ships, just structures. Same thing; no damage at all.

What gives?

Someone may have completed the site and you warped in after that but before it despawned.

You also have to make sure you add the Gurista rats to your overview under Entity.

If the acc gate was unlocked, someone had already killed the rats in the first room.

You are a bit smelly and the Guristas have sharp noses, so they smelled you coming from parsecs away and fled




OTOH, as Loyd and Shiloh have said, the site could've despawned (possible), or your overview was not properly configured for these special event rats (highly plausible). Good luck!
