Cha'ka Khan > its only breaking the rules if you kill something. not if you take it to structure. :D

Cha'Ka Khan also attacked my hauler near station undock. Claims combat is fine as long as he doesnt actually kill anyone. Claims to be attacking because "alts are hauling to supers so they can DD on station." I was in fact hauling isotopes, but have not participated in combat within 500km of station, including no doomsdays on station.

I was jumped by 2 ships at the station in fd-mlj. I didn't get the names. but I think with the new launcher allowing easer access to test more people are getting in. witch is great but less people are not reading the rules as to how to conduct them selves on test. it is kind of disrupting the old ways of how we conducted busses. the actual meaning of test bed and not a free for all of pvp cause you suck at live and cant use your shinny's

Issue: Both players are using titans to doomsday the undock of the 6-c station.

The attached image is killmail proof of the two players doing so. People in local have told them multiple times to stop to no avail.

CCP please start enforcing your rules, Singularity is starting to become a terrible place.
