Like honestly, I have been sitting here waiting for a Citadel to Anchor for the last day. The timer keeps either resetting or not counting down? Can someone look into this bug please? I know its the test server, but I am getting annoyed waiting for this thing to finish.

it is a bug, fix should be deployed on monday the dev said.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
