singularity client not working on osx

My mac beta launcher hangs after I try to log into singularity.

it works great under windows, but the second you try to connect on OSX everything dies.

The normal game works fine under OSX as well as windows.

Any ideas on how to fix this, or send info on my setup to maybe help a potential issue?

I'm seeing more reports on this, need logs! File a bug report, attaching logs from ~/Library/Application Support/CCP/EVE/Launcher.

I submitted a handfull of logs from todays attempts to connect via the submit request ticket option

I can't submit actual bugs through the game since I don't have the client working

Same, I just can't log in at all into SiSi. When I click play it shows the wheel but no new window opens an launcher gets stuck. Bug report sent with launcher log

Yep same issue here, can login to TQ, though not the SISI Client..? What I have noticed is that the launchers seam to be different on Window than on OS X.
The launcher in windows has the click down menu at the top right where you can see the server list, though in the launcher on OS X it doesn't..??
Could it be that the OS X laucher isnt the current or updated one..?

Yes.
Now, if you could poke whoever works on citadels, it would be nice if the timer would not reset. It seems to reset when no one is in the system, and I log in, loading the system on the server.

After about 12 hours of this being a non-issue and sisi launching going smoothly, it seems after a launcher update (post recent cluster shutdown), that this issue has returned in its glorious exactness.

I‘ve got the same problem. I filed a bug report incl. launcher log (#EBR-73814).

I need help in getting the launcher to point to the SISI server. I have trolled the net and have not found any solution to work.

One thing is that when I open the launcher in terminal, it just launches eve set to tranq. It never starts the download, and the second folder for the launcher never generates in the user library.

I have a slightly different problem after only just trying to connect to Singularity for the first time today.

The new beta launcher works and the client loads. However, after the short pop-up with the loading bars disappears, I'm left with a black screen and only a small grey circle in the lower-left that has 'Resource Loading' with a mouse-over.

I've tried with two accounts and waiting for something to happen for ~5min each, both with no luck.

This was fixed a while ago, must be a new issue.
