When Do Standings Update?

Im trying to figure out how fast standings update to the character sheet. The only info I can find is that Evemon will autoupdate standings there every 3 hours. Is this the minimum time?

I do realize that standings of the character running the mission will update immediately, Im raising standings on another character and wondering when their standings update. I can log off and log in and dt will do so as well but Im more curious when those standings are updated normally if I can.

Its more curiousity than I MUST KNOW NOAW! Sorta thing. Thanx if you got any info.Big smile

so ... another character has the same .. finish mission .. get standing..

should be right away, although sometimes there are caching errors typically relogging will fix that.

No, I didnt as it isnt THAT character it is the OTHER one getting the standings gain till they can run themselves that I am wondering. Other than that relogging does do it immediately but I was curious if anyone did know when they actually updated on the server WITHOUT a relog.

Its something like, if your alt is in space in the same system, then it will update his standings immediately (like it does for your main) but if the alt is sat in station or a different system, it won't update without relog. Not sure if that's exactly right, but I noticed something similar.
