I can spit on your portrait too, if that makes you happy! Smile

Well, they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And they say those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. They also say to each their own.

What I'd like to know is who are they and why does everyone keep quoting them?

More importantly, no more likes to Yiole Gionglao for down talking other players portraits. Especially when her own portrait is in dire need of a remake.

Hey, don't take yourself (or this thread) too seriously. I already explained my comment OOC. Also is no secret that I dislike tattoos, piercings and now those horrible "augmentations", both IC and OOC.

So, don't take this thread too seriously. Blink

I'm not sure I like this new Formula 1 qualifying format or not. It's weird.

Guess you haven't heard this but Internet Spaceships is serious business. Same goes for it's forums. Maybe next time try being a bit more courteous and think twice before posting.

Personally I don't care if you explained your comments OOC or IC, all I saw was you posting some insulting offensive remarks about another players portrait.

Anyway, moderation wasn't notified and it's in the past so I see no need to continue this convo.

This thread is about liking what others post, and being liked in return. It is a not-serious-business thread to relax from the rest of forums, specially the GD hell.

Guess what it means when someone judges and feels offended about what others say in jest to other LAGLers and claims to not be liking them any more...

...at the LAGL thread.

Don't...

Just an EVE related story:

There was a mighty spaceship with a curious crew exploring the breadth and depth of the cosmos and as they would then come to a new world in their exploration… a new planet…a new solar system, they would then with their curiosity investigate, interact…share…trade…exchange, taking what they needed of that which was freely given to them, giving back that which was what the world might need, what the people on the world might need.
And one day in the midst of such an exchange, the crew was asked by the inhabitants of one of the worlds they were visiting, "Exactly, tell us if you would, with this great, great majestic ship you have orbiting our world, tell us if you would just exactly how powerful are you?"
And the captain of the crew said in response to this question, "Our ship can boil your seas…turn them to steam, level your cities in the wink of an eye, turn your entire population to dust in an instant". "Oh", said the inhabitants, "that is very powerful". "No", said the captain, "What gives us our power is that we would never do such a thing, that is how powerful we are…that we have this at our disposal and would never use it that way…that is how powerful we are".

And then he was struck by stone club and the inhibitants feasted on his flesh, unbothered. That was the way this tribe expresses the greatest gratitude.

Researchers say, the people in this tribe were the descendants of ancient terran sect members, that used flesh and blood of their saviour as a nourishment. Cool

Too many people in armor, it's not unique enough for me so I put my Quafe shirt back on, It's kinda like a monocle now.

Agreed, Microsoft should never have upgraded from DOS either, who needs a fancy UI anyway.

Yeah it's taking a while to get my interview to join EVE uni. It's no biggie, its apparently because they have a lot of things to do lately (sov or something).

Darn, that brings ~memories~ to me... my first OS was MS-DOS 5.0. My first Windows was the ubiquous Windows 3.1, which I installed on no less than MS-DOS 6.0 (later upgraded to MS-DOS 6.2). Then came Windows Bluescreen 95, which I paid for, then Windows 98, which I didn't paid, then I sticked to Windows 98 until XP (OEM), then Vista 64 (OEM), and now right into Windows 10 (OEM).

At one point, I had a 'clean start' batch file for MS-DOS 6.2 which allowed to start with no less than 684 Kb of base memory; that was after MS allowed to load DOS on the extended memory. I recall that command as a godsend...

PS: by the way, those folder/file names are wrong. MS-DOS only allowed 8 characters for names, so "Quafe Shirt Blue.exe" would have been actually something like Qufshblu.exe, unless coded by CCP in which case the name would be delinibo.bat... Lol)
