You should be posting with the char for sale as per ccp rules. Please do so to confirm you are the owner. Upon so I'll offer you 2.9bil. Current going market rate for toons of this sp but with more skill books as they are generally stripped.

All rules are meet the toon has positive wallet , in high sec, no kill rights, and NPC corporation all see able from link provided.
