Unable to update launcher; Singularity stuck at "Unknown" Status

Pretty much the title:

The launcher has yet to update, and also is stuck at unknown. Despite logging in several times, no authentication code gets sent to my e-mail and nothing else appears to happen despite deleting and replacing the Sisi folder along with the shortcut. Did I miss something crucial? Others have told me the server is up and working for them.


EDIT:

After updating my launcher and confirming that the test server is back up, I continue to have the same problem.

ahh the old launcher time to upgrade that stuff man also according to EVE-offline website sisi is down http://eve-offline.net/

Bah, guess I was just getting trolled, then.

How do I go about upgrading the launcher, though? Should that not happen automatically?

no i believe u have to download it from the download link on this page https://secure.eveonline.com/download/?_ga=1.170795936.1282381952.1456918407 Or through steam

Additional testing reveals that my alt - without 2factor auth - is also incapable of logging into the server.

Same here. No matter which alt I try, all I get is: "Login Problem: There was a problem logging into your account, please try again"

Likewise, exactly the same error as the people above me, running the latest version of the new launcher, can log into TQ fine

Ditto, it was in the same state when I checked yesterday evening, but at the time I just thought it was offline. TQ launches fine.

I am having the same issue. I can connect to TQ fine, but sisi isn't working :-(

As I just replied to the duplicate thread: Our login server for Singularity is having some trouble. Our operations team is working on it.
