i docked at the keepstar near the station in 6-c and then left the ship to go back to the station then went back to the keepstar but it would not let me make active my hel

It was just tidi or this error its fine now For some reason, your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server. Please file a Support Ticket so that Customer Support can investigate the matter and see whether the issue lies with the game server. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Keepstar warped to my hel and docked and now it can't undock. Help stuck CCPlease :<
