Been Googling around and found a few of these but they appear to be either broken or yet to be updated to the new API system.

Just wondering if anyone knows of a working, current site/app offering this or perhaps planning to at some point?

Agents cannot be "found" through the API. They are part of the database dump provided by CPP.
