Unable to connect to servers, login server, eve forums, eve gate, etc

I experienced extreme lag (which of course resulted in a ship loss) and then a total lock up in Eve. I was unable to login again stating there was a login error. The login page would not load in the Eve launcher.

I was unable to visit any Eve website other than the support ticket page and the homepage of eveonline.com. No forums, account management, anything.

However Eve Offline reported high player count as did the launcher itself. My internet speedchecked fine and I could visit any other website or play any other game.

So I turned on a VPN and come to find out the issue can be completely alleviated by selecting a different state.

There may be an issue with connections originating from Dallas, TX.

I happened to stream / record all of this if it matters.

I'm in Maine with TWC and I can't get to the forums or the game, but I can get here over Verizon. I think it might ha e to do something with Telia, as that's where the packet drops.

It was the billion isk loss that got me particularly salty. I doubt I'll hear back about that part though.
