The DATADUMP201603090946.bak is missing type name data.

" [ebs_DATADUMP].[dbo].[invTypes].[typeName]"

Is data schema change or I'm missing something.

8 rows don't have typeName.
1 is an unpublished with description "Massive Environment".
7 are DUST 514 items, which are not critical for EVE Online.

Just checking, you know the official SDE stopped having type data in database export months ago? It's all in the yaml file now.

https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/yc118-3-117575/YC118-3-117575.bak.bz2 may be of interest if you didn't know. I've reimported the data back in. (7zip will uncompress the backup file)

Many thanks for response and link.

I apologise in advance for using logic in this issue!

As I’m aware EVE is using SQL 2014 Enterprise as back end DB.
The previous SQL backup includes item types and item groups.

Someone makes decision to export data from SQL to yame that is fine.
The question is why exclude that data from SQL when it was there in the first place!
I need to create component to import yaml back to SQL where it was in the first place.

I’m sure that someone from CCP can present business case that justifies that, and it goes blaaa blaaa blaaa.

The decision was made 4 years ago to slowly export all data used in the SDE to yaml, sqlite files. The community has already created tools to import those files back to SQL Server.

Well I stated that is fine to export as yaml.

Should be noted:

The change happened a few months ago Blink

The file I linked is an sql server backup file, which is fully integrated.

Converting it over is part of my process to create the other versions, so it'll stick around for a fair time. (Once it's entirely released in yaml, I may not. But that'd be because I could do the entire thing, without intervention, on my server. Which won't run sql server, until MS release an express edition on linux. Which I doubt will happen before 2017)

No. It's just the underlying url is malformed. The link is just the link to EVESDEToSQL forum thread.
