Hello and welcome to Eve.

Eve isn't very user-friendly when first starting out so it's easy to understand your situation. Unfortunately CCP seems to be making that even worse due to the removal of Evelopedia. However that old Official Eve Wiki still contains a lot of useful info and guides pertaining to the PvE aspect of Eve Online

It can still be accessed here :

Good luck and may you have a long rewarding career here.

I am a bit dense in learning stuff in Eve. I need a mentor who can tell me what to do in short controlled bursts, i.e. no more than a few paragraphs per week.

I am interested in making money exploring/ relic hacking economically. I.e., make a lot more cash than I lose in ships being destroyed. I.e. buy 10 spare nemesis and explore, explore, explore. I haven't "gotten" it yet, so I need a Mentor. I am a bit of a silly girl IRL.

I strongly recommend you join a player run corp that specialises in helping newbros such as yourself.

RvB is one option if PvP is what interests you. KarmaFleet, EVE-Uni are other ones where you can get plenty of help and advice on any aspect of the game that interests you.

FYI: a Nemesis isn't really an Exploration ship. If you can fly a Nemesis, you can fly a Helios, which is far better suited to that task. The Astero is another option.

Whatever you do, don't feel tied to HiSec. There's a vast galaxy of systems out there waiting for you to jump in and have a go.

Have you heard of Providence space? It's a region in Eve controlled by an old coalition of alliances. They operate under NRDS policy in their null sov and are very friendly to new players. Might want to check them out.

The CSM XI Election are now open until March 25th, 2016. Consider Niko Lorenzio for CSM XI.

CSM matters, your voice matters, your vote matters!

Providence is very much the only true NRDS region in all of Eve, I spent over a year there ratting, mining, in fleets. How ever, it does come with some draw backs as for example you can and will get scanned down if you're ratting or mining and KABOOM! Most of the time they will not bother you so long as you follow their rules in Providence.

There may be other regions that may be NRDS, but as far as I know Providence is the only one on record.
