It's finally happening! (Well almost this is just a pre-bond discussion, no isk will be collected yet.)

Going to try to keep this short, if there's anything you want to know just post it or convo me and I'll answer as soon as possible. I'll be looking to set up a 50b bond, at 4% interest in the coming days. This bond will also supersede the current private investment not yet repaid, all current liabilities will be paid of prior to the bond starts.

The bond will be fully collaterized through chribba or VV holding a number of BPOs with an NPC value roughly equivalent of the full value(50b). Exactly who'll be holding the BPOs is a matter of game mechanics as we'd like to utilize the bpos while using them as collateral, meaning the third party most likely would have to sacrifice an alt slot for the duration of the bond.

The isk recieved will cover a former expansion of the capital production we've already been running, aswell as cover the unforseen hike in supplier goods. I'd be happy to supply further details regarding spending in a convo.

EDIT: Might aswell start with an FAQ in here right away.

Q: What's the maturity?
A: 6 months, possibly ending prematurely if individual investors agree. Collateral will be kept in a single unit until bond is ended in it's entirety.

Q: Will you be undergoing an audit?
A: I'm pending a full audit from VV, keys have been sent.

Thanks for the heads up. I am looking for something like this to put ~10bil into. I assume you are not taking reservations yet though, so I will just register interest at this point.

Given that it is going to be fully collateralised, there isnt really much to debate. Looking forward to further details.

I am pretty sure that this 50b offering has been reserved to about 231b. I will hold the remainder of the ISK for a very low charge!

Sorry for the lack of replies so far, time for a little update.

Thanks alot for the good response, expected much less(which I guess is proven by the audits, interest collateral etc). Right now I'm only waiting for the audit to be completed and collateral to come out of production so they can be locked down. I didn't expect things to move along as rapidly, meaning the BPOs are in production for another 16 days. When the due date grows closer I'll start a proper thread and get in contact with anyone posted in here so far.

Audits should not be "stale" and are to be posted on the official thread, therefore I have to wait myself for the BPOs to be closer to their production cycle.
