I tried looking in the test server feedback sticky, but with the disappearance of the eve wiki, the instructions to connect to sidi are gone as well. Anyone have the instructions lying around or is there another thread detailing this info?

yeah bro, the new launcher, get it, and from there u can select from the 3 servers u wanna play on, TQ, Sisi and Duality.
