Oh I see, sorry you miss understand me, that's going to be for my alt to gank stuff, not going to lock my self down with war Dec's, and kill rights, I have important work to do, I'd never be able to undock, I know how good some mercs station camp.

Like I said more time free so should be setting up soon, some people have done a bit of training too and finding there's a lot to learn,, join us we could put your pvp skills to use, you know it's not just code that are possible targets and the skills you get as a new player make you almost gank ready, you can even over heat your guns from the start.

That thing is the Gank Troll or some say the very essence of James 315 mixed with all that's bad in code, which is most of it, add a dash of goon and miner tears, but that's just a story, who would belive that ShockedBig smileBig smile

So you want me, Dom Arkaral, to leave my wonderful and efficient Alliance... to join a group that hasn't proven anything and that will basically do CODE. activities...

I'll join if you get 50b sent to my wallet Blink

Mr Udan, if nothing else, you appear to be blessed with energy and enthusiasm. I think I even spotted you over on the My EVE sub-forum, touting your nascent artistic skills. May they bear abundant fruit!

I feel moved to point out though that the New Order of Highsec was founded by a man possessed of not only a unique vision, but also the charisma and authority to draw to his Cause many EVE players from right across New Eden.

He does this not by littering the forums with earnest pleas, nor by any other means which require him to go out to the people. The people, it seems, are content to come to him.

Unlike The New Halaima Code of Conduct, your basic idea is not new; it is simply the most recent in a long and utterly unsuccessful line of anti-ganking initiatives. There is nothing unique about 'Let's gank the gankers', however well presented.

Charisma and authority cannot be manufactured to order. If you don't have them, you will never draw and hold the people with whom you hope to enjoy such sport as you have outlined here. Perhaps you are charismatic, and perhaps people do look to you for guidance. You'll need to convince more than the denizens of C&P though.

Then there's that Blog. Day in, day out, James 315 serves up an entertaining and sharply focused diet of Code-related content, which is eagerly sought out by many people, both supportive and critical of our activities.

He does all of this from outside the game itself, using just the influence of his personality and his extraordinary skill in communicating his ideas.

You have a tough job on your hands, Mr Udan; but I wish you the best of luck!

Don't let them shame you into a deccable corp. Their bumpers will drop corp without hesitation.

I remember a certain bumper who lost a POS and didn't get it back until the guy who took it from him went on a break from Eve.

Thanks for your input some useful points, one other point i think you missed, the Goonswarm link, James had a drone army to call on from very early on, not saying all code are goons but its their core player pool. Code numbers wax and wane all the time but in the end AG has a much large pool of pilots to call on, high sec must out number the null sec alliances by a large %, if you can show these people content (like we have done to some already)and the will to take part, we could limit code activity by a long way.

After all just read the Goon essay linked below " why do they gank", whats to like if your part of this sandbox is mining or pve with friends, so to quote Alan Moore,

"Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, and ideas are bulletproof. "

Thxs for the warning, it will be very interesting to see what happens to this corp when i start it, as we have no effect on what they do , nothing my guess, but their actions will speak louder than words, so we will seeRoll

Just by forming an AG Corp to show people the content we create you are supporting CODE.. Now if you can teach them to stop us instead of popping empty pods and scooping blue loot that would add better content.

But you are going to have to work hard. Just the mention of CODE. gets people worked up and mad. They avoid systems we are in and dock up when we show up in theirs. When people hear AG they think of people like MalkePigen and snicker to themselves.

CODE. grows every day because its exciting, dangerous and gives people that are normally law abiding citizen a chance to walk on the wild side.

I would guess that retention in a AG corp would be low... who wants CONCORD as top damage on all their kill mails? I would think that would make a person feel kind of impotent.

we in AG use many items from code. if a player makes a contract for free you take it, i have put the skills points to good use and soon to be used for work in AG ops,

Still sounds fishy to me, seems like you're Code on an alt. Sure you are not ensuring AG fails?

I have seen CODE. give away stuff before. Nice stuff too. Sometimes their pilots have a rare attack of being nice. They are working on a vaccine I'm told.

While we do team up with Goonswarm and, if you consult our killboard, almost anyone else out there who wants some fun in Highsec, you would be at error to think that we are somehow an arm of the Goons.

While the piece you linked gives you some glimpse at the possible motivation behind a gank the reason why the New Order exists in the first place is far more complicated and if you are interested in understand your enemy a bit more you should probably read up on James 315 manifests. They predate the New Order of Highsec, but they describe the reasons why James 315 created this movement and why we are at war with the bot-aspirants and their friends.
