Well, apparently nobody is contracting armor suits... checked for the second day and still none to be found.

Anyway I've had a few too much struggling with my dad's computer issues over the telephone and I'm really tired now. I could never work in technical assistance on the telephone... everyhting I've learned about computers it's been because the damned things would break down and there was nobody else to fix it. This, all the way since MS-DOS 5.0 on a AMD 386x @16 MHz and with "special" memories for Windows 'bluescreen' 95... The perfect computer is one that works and then keeps working for years without as much as demanding your attention. That should be feasible if weren't for all the eager codemashers willing to put a bug in our machines by doing something different or new...

Hi. My name is [redacted] and I am a techno-luddite. I hate almost everything new and/or unproven, specially computer related. In turn, computers do hate me. My cellular telephone is not smart and is 9 years and 7 months old. I seldom use it since I hate telephones too, but they're too shy to dare and hate me back.

Postscriptum: nowadays the average size of a webpage is nearly 5 megabytes, of which the content you actually looked for represents less than 15%. Ain't progress a wonderful thing?

The modern computer seems to hover between the obsolescent and the nonexistent. After all, by the time one fully understands one's computer, it's likely outdated.
