Skill Extractor question.

It says on the skill extractor that it will only work on characters that have more than 5.5m SP, does that mean if I drop below 5.5m SP, I can't extract any more SP until I go back over 5.5m?

I wanted to suck a character dry of their 5m SP and pump it into a new one but I'm afraid it doesn't seem that you can?

yup. you can't extract to below 5m SP.

this was probably done to prevent people rolling alts and sucking out the 300k SP you start with these days.

5,499,999 SP is when you're no longer able to extract. 5.5m> onwards, you're able to use an extractor.
