Where is the dirt and rust display setting?

When I start EVE with the new launcher using the default profile, I see dirt and rust on my ship. When I use the profile from the old launcher, I don't. Where is the setting that toggles the display of dirt and rust? I have spent a great deal of time searching for it with no luck.

i belive "Shader quality" set as high will show the first .. medium turns it off .. among other things ..

Thank you. The shader quality setting on the default profile is "high" while the one on my old profile is "low", so I suspect you are correct. Unfortunately, I was so appalled at the appearance of my ship after signing in with the default profile yesterday that I cleaned it, so I can't immediately confirm.
