Can not log in Singularity

Hello, when I'm trying to log in singularity i'm getting:
Invalid username / password
Incorrect character name entered
My account is active and I can log in tranquility just fine. I have also left the message with activation request in this topic https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=423764&find=unread 7 days ago.

u getting this error in the launcher ? .. usaly this error comes when u either enter something wrong in the login .. might wanna doublecheck em ... any luck u did char transfer lately ? ..

not sure when the last mirror was, but just logged into sisi with an account that i subbed on the weekend .. was dorment for serval months .. no issues logging it in ..

I'm sure I entering everything correct, and yes I did made character transfer to my current account 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I'm having the same problem. I posted in the auth thread, sent a support ticket, and eve mailed CCP Habakuk yet I still do not have access.

I'm a bit bummed.

The last mirror was on February 15th so if the account didn't exist then, you won't be able to get in until the next mirror (just covering it in case you transfered characters to a new acocunt).

Also, any character transfers taht you did after the 15th will not have taken place on the test server so if it is asking for a character name, make sure to give it one that was on the account on the 15th.

As and when CCP need them. The last mirror before the Feb one was back in November so there can be a few months between them.

I would not be surprised if there is a new mirror before the Citadel expansion goes live though.

Lol. I resubbed on february 16th. Still can't login on Singularity. Similar situation.

"Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled
Last Login: 2014.11.12 15:33

reason: Account subscription expired!
Subscribe Now and continue playing!"

And if I press the "Connect" button on the game's login screen, I also get a Login Failed popup, saying:

"The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."


I posted in the reactivation thread on march 4th and sent a mail to CCP Habakuk. No answer or fix yet.

I guess they are really busy right now, and a lot of things would understandably take priority over manually reactivating accounts on Sisi.

Does anyone know how often someone goes through the parsed requests for reactivation? Like, once a week, once a month, or whenever they happen to have spare time?
