Support center doesn't working - cannot submit a ticket.

Hello.
I tried to submit a ticket but getting error message every time:
An unexpected error occurred while submitting your bug report. Please try again later.
My ship was destroyed because of a bug (stucked between systems in warp-tunnel), and I want it reimbursed.
Please, clarify, which actions should be taken from my side to solve this problem?

P.S.: would be really great if you could re-install previous in-game support system. It was much faster and friendlier to user.

Bug reports and petitions are not the same thing. Bug reports are just for reporting bugs with reproduction steps. If you want reimbursing for something, you want to be logging a support ticket / petition. They go to separate teams and are handled differently, though reporting a bug and then creating a ticket requesting reimbursment and quoting the bug report number can be a good idea.

Regarding the error, they are still getting through apparently according to CCP Darwin :
