Can I delete the *win.patch files?

Hello. The question is simple...

I have the client installed on a smaller but very fast drive and these files take a lot of space. Can I delete them safely?

So yeah, I got frustrated by the lack of answers, so I deleted the files and nothing horrible happened. Big smile
